According to OIB data, Türkiye's automotive industry exports increased by 11.6% in 2025, reaching USD 41.5 billion, once again positioning the sector as Türkiye's export champion. Over the past 20 years, automotive has led national exports 19 times, underlining its structural strength and global competitiveness. December 2025 exports rose by 8% to USD 3.76 billion, with the sector accounting for 16.2% of Türkiye's total exports.

Baran Çelik, Chairman of OIB, emphasized that rapid adaptation to the transformation of the EU market—Türkiye's largest destination—combined with high value-added manufacturing, has been decisive in sustaining export leadership.
